The next Open Research seminar features Dr Tom Gaunt from the Integrative Epidemiology Unit. Tom will talk about the development of EvidenceHub, a toolkit for epidemiology.

New technologies have resulted in a deluge of molecular data collected from participants in population-based cohort studies. Such data offer the potential to reveal information about the causes of disease. However, the scale of the data present challenges for the data analyst. We have developed a toolkit of web applications that begin to address these challenges and provide user-friendly interfaces to the scientific evidence.
