Open Acess : Generation Open

To celebrate International Open Access Week, there will be an event for Post-graduate and early career researchers about how to use Open Access to disseminate and promote your research.

There will be the opportunity to talk to Open Access and Research Data Service staff over pizza in the atrium from noon, and the talks start in the seminar room at 1pm.

The talks will focus on how you can use Open Access publishing as a means of promoting your research and yourself. Topics include starting your own Open Access journal, the benefits of publishing your research data and using social media to promote your Open Access research.
